Beit Eshel fellowship aims at education of youth to Zionism: love of Eretz Israel, people and land, agricultural work, . To a large extent, the work is carried out at the Beit Eshel site. In the course of activities we have maintained the preservation of the old buildings, bunkers, and surroundings. Generally, an activity involves field work with regular volunteer groups of youth; occasionally, we carry out large scale activities, open at no charge to the public. Among these are:

Groups of high school pupils within the framework of Personal Commitment. The pupils clean the building, trenches and bunkers, water the plantations (which were planted, too, by volunteers – from Israel and abroad).

Various activities with Bney Akiva and the Scouts youth movements.

A central plantation ceremony in Tu Bishvat.

The Pal-mach bonfire on Independence Day evening.

All activities are carried out solely by volunteers.
